NEW! Mac Sinise - Walk Before You Run

While searching through Mac’s journal there were many pages of lyrics. Some just pages of writings and some with song titles at the top. I found the lyrics to a song he was working on in college he titled "Walk Before You Run," and another called, "Tell Me." As Dan Myers had worked with Mac on "Quasi Love," I asked him to come on board to use these lyrics, and an audio track Mac had laid down, playing guitar, to craft the song "Walk Before You Run." In Mac’s journal he also writes about the central theme of the song: "'Walk Before You Run' implies feelings of encouragement towards moving forward. Damn, nothing is working out my way and I’m failing at everything--maybe you're trying to get into things too quickly. Focus on what’s right in front of you before you try to achieve everything. There’s always somethin’ missin’, when we talk before we listen." Dan did a beautiful job writing this song with Mac and pulling the ideas together. Again, these are song lyrics from Mac’s college days. I know he’s got to be smiling away that they have come off the page all these years later and into the studio with Dan and Stolen Silver recording. I love this song and know that you will also.
