La VERA (e assurda) storia di CHILD IN TIME, il capolavoro dei DEEP PURPLE tra miti e leggende

The emotional power of this song, "Child in Time" by Deep Purple, has driven listeners so wild that we're even talking about some pretty TRAGIC legends surrounding it. In this music education video, suitable for everyone, even those who've never picked up a musical instrument, you'll discover the crazy, absurd myths and curiosities behind "Child in Time." But why did I decide to make this video now? On July 16th, the teaser for season 5 of Stranger Things, the hugely successful series by the Duffer Brothers distributed by Netflix, will be released in Italy. What will make this teaser incredibly epic and emotional is, above all, the music that any "Rocketaholic" would recognize after the first two or three notes... "Child in Time." Deep Purple's masterpiece, rearranged in an epic style by Mathias Fritsche, using the band's signature "cinematic" sounds, immediately became a trend on Spotify and TikTok, and many teenagers discovered this gem of '70s rock. What many teenagers (and even adults) perhaps don't know, however, is that Deep Purple's "Child in Time" isn't just an extraordinary song. Among gunshots, JET sounds, plagiarism, Jesus, and the Cold War, it hides a story full of incredible curiosities that will leave you speechless. Be sure to watch the video until the end, because I'm sure there will be some twists and turns, even for fans of the genre and the band. If you're a guitarist, at the end we'll see an exercise from the solo, and we'll also discuss Ritchie Blackmore's sound, which in this case hides some very interesting gems.
