Dirt Rally 2.0 - Try these controller settings for excellent car control

I wanted to get decent controller settings that give you a good amount of car control in Dirt Rally 2.0. Not everyone has the luxury of having a wheel and pedals so I hope this video helps anyone struggling to get decent controller settings.
