Two mass graves and one single grave have been discovered in Volhynia. Dr. Łukasz Szleszkowski discusses what the victims' remains reveal about the Volhynia massacre, Inka, and the Ulma family. The remains don't speak with a human voice. However, they leave traces that, decades later, allow us to reconstruct the method of execution, restore the victims' identities, and return them to their families. Joanna Lamparska's guest is Dr. Łukasz Szleszkowski, a physician and forensic medicine specialist from the Wrocław Medical University, who participated in research conducted jointly with the Institute of National Remembrance's Office of Search and Identification. In the interview, he discusses the discovery of graves in Ostrówki and Wola Ostrowiecka in Volhynia, the examination of the remains of Danuta Siedzikówna "Inka," the exhumation of the Ulma family, and the discoveries made at the Osobowice Cemetery in Wrocław and the Łączka Cemetery in Warsaw.
