How to lead when you have no authority, no title, no position of power, no budget and no paid staff Mary is the founder of Solidarite Ukraine, a non-profit effort that has supported hundreds of Ukrainian women and children in France, where she lives with her husband and six kids. Mary also serves as an investor and board member of several leading international organizations such as Imperial College London. With a passion for impact, she is also author of a book: Leading Organizations: Ten Timeless Truths with Scott Keller.
