Familia Eclesial Hogar de Nazaret

The Nazareth Home's mission is to care for children and young people at risk, offering them a home with an environment as close as possible to a family, and working in conjunction with family ministry. The Nazareth Home, whose General Director is Consuelo Csanady, was founded by María del Prado Almagro, a nun who became familiar with the world of children in need and thus began her adventure creating the Home, discovering God's plan for her life. The Nazareth Home is present in Cádiz, Seville, Granada, Córdoba, Puente Genil, Málaga, Valdepeñas, Toledo, Madrid, and has missions in Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, and Peru. Consuelo Csanady tells us the story of the Nazareth Home in Triana, a community focused on living with, for, and alongside children. Juan Luis García (Parish Priest of San Joaquín) explains the parish's connection with the Nazareth Home in Triana. Manuel Jiménez (Head of the Nazareth Home in Córdoba) shares his personal experience and connection to the Home. The institution is experiencing the opening of the cause for beatification of Brother Pedro Manuel Salado, an Andalusian missionary from the Nazareth Home who died in Ecuador while saving seven children from drowning.
