During his first State of the Nation Address, the President of the Republic acknowledged the water crisis and emphasized the need to invest in irrigation. We reviewed the progress of water security initiatives. We conducted a gap analysis and identified opportunities in the agricultural and livestock sector of the Aysén region. And together with the new Executive Director of FIA, we learned about the agricultural innovation guidelines he envisions for the country.
