The Lost Content Of Mario Kart Tour

A couple weeks ago, Nintendo unfortunately announced that Mario Kart Tour is being officially taken down in September, with no current plans to create an offline version of the game. This means that the content within the game is about to become lost media… in terms of any official capacity anyway. This is very unfortunate, especially because Mario Kart Tour has probably the MOST content out of every mario kart game. So today, I wanted to look over some of the content that is soon to be permanently deleted in September. This includes lost characters, costumes, karts, tracks, battle maps, and items. I’ll also discuss how likely I think it is for this lost content to return in the future, whether it be in Mario Kart world’s DLC or a future game.
