White Chocolate Pistachio Cream: 200 grams shelled pistachios (unsalted) 300 grams white chocolate 200 grams butter, melted 2 cups whole milk 1 tablespoon vanilla pinch of salt Add all ingredients into a high powered blender (I use a Vitamix) and process until smooth and creamy (this may take a few minutes).
