This is the original Scientific 7 Minute Workout proven to deliver a full body strength and cardio boost in a short amount of time. We move through twelve classic exercises at thirty seconds each with a short ten second rest between sets. It's fast, effective, and designed to hit every major muscle group using only your bodyweight. Press play when you are short on time or do two or three rounds for a longer sweat session.
