I paired everything with freshly cooked white rice, bok choy, and soy-braised eggs. If you love meat, this dish is a must-try because it’s the ultimate rice thief. Blanching the pork and then pan-searing it keeps it super juicy, and after simmering for over two hours it becomes incredibly tender.
