Cool completely on a wire rack, covering with a sheet of paper. 9. For the cream, combine the curd cheese with salt to taste and beat lightly. 10. Trim the edges of the cooled cake and cut into 6 strips, each 4.5 cm wide. The dough is not very airy due to the addition of cheese, but rather plastic. 12. Spread cream, salted fish or herring, and herbs on the strips. 13. Form a roll from the first strip, attach end-to-end to the next strip. 14. Place the structure vertically on the center of the dish and continue to form a roll, joining the strips with the previous ones. Give the cake as rounded as possible, align the cream on the top. 15. With the remaining cream, cover the top and sides of the cake, if desired, make a relief pattern. 16. Send the cake to the refrigerator for 5-6 hours. Before serving, garnish with herbs and pieces of fish, and decorate the base of the cake with chopped herbs. *Note!
