🍋 Lemon Garlic Pork (Serves 2) 🌸Ingredients Thinly sliced pork: 180g Onion: 1/2 Salt & pepper: to taste Potato starch: 1 tbsp Sesame oil: 1 tbsp 🌸Ingredients (Sauce) Water: 100 ml Chicken stock powder: 2 tsp Lemon juice: 1/2 tbsp Garlic powder: 1/2 tsp Cooking sake: 1 tbsp Mirin: 1 tbsp 🌸Instructions 1.Season the pork with salt and pepper, then coat it with potato starch. Drizzle sesame oil over the top. 2.Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the pork. Add the onion and stir-fry briefly. 3.Pour in all the sauce ingredients and simmer until slightly reduced. 🌸Note The sauce is light but full of flavor, with a nice balance of garlic and lemon.
