🍔 Cheese-Stuffed Hamburger Steak (Serves 2) 🌸Ingredients Ground meat: 300g Salt: to taste Black pepper: to taste String cheese: 2 sticks 🌸Ingredients (Sauce) Onion (finely chopped): 1/2 Sake: 2 tbsp Soy sauce: 3 tbsp Mirin: 2 tbsp Sugar: 2 tsp 🌸Instructions 1.Season the ground meat with salt and pepper. Place the string cheese in the center and shape the meat around it to form two hamburger patties. 2.Cook the patties in a frying pan until both sides are browned. Add a small amount of water, cover, and steam over low heat for about 7 minutes. 3.Remove the patties from the pan. Add all the sauce ingredients to the same pan and bring to a simmer. 4.Pour the sauce over the hamburger steaks and serve. 🌸Note The melted cheese inside makes these hamburger steaks extra juicy and satisfying. Be careful when cutting into them, as the cheese will be very hot. Serve with vegetables or rice for a complete meal 😊 ----------------------------------------------------- Hi!
