Ginga
In this video I breakdown the Ginga as I understand it and give a step by step demonstration of how to execute it properly. The Ginga is the most common foundational (and perhaps strangest) movement in Capoeira. In Capoeira it is your calling card, your fallback, and primary generator of momentum. If you want to learn Capoeira you must learn to Ginga, Ginga a lot in practice, and Ginga well when you play.
