ITEM 1: Gyomat School received a new head teacher last year who has a dream of improving academic performance and the overall public image of the school. In the head teacher’s first meeting with all staff members and parents, the following concerns were raised: poorly typeset examination papers, inaccurate learners’ records, absenteeism among staff members, and mysterious disappearance of school property such as furniture and library books. One of the parents proposed to the head teacher to use ICT to solve most of these problems.
