15 Minute Hip and Back Stretch Routine | Static and Dynamic Stretches for Relief and Mobility | BW
Grab a mat for this 15 minute stretch routine with a focus on the hip and lower/mid back. We combine dynamic stretches (movement) with static stretch holds (no movement). If at any time the stretch feels too much, back out of it slightly and decrease the range of motion. Each stretch is 45 seconds each. I hope this makes your muscles feel more free.
