🇨🇳 HUGE Child's Rice Pot (Original Clay Pot Rice in ZhuHai, China)

Clay Pot Rice has to be one of the most tasty dishes on any Chinese food menu, anywhere in the world. Today, we are so lucky to be having a great example of this dish at its SOURCE! Here in Southern China we are close to the heart, the origin, of so many DELICIOUS recipes known the world over - I am so happy to be able to explore this restaurant with Li and our friend in Zhu Hai today! "Bao Zai Fan" could be translated as 'Child's Rice Pot,' meaning that's how Li has fun translating it for me... but you could also find this more commonly written in English as "Rice Casserole." We still have one more video down here in the South before we move on to visiting Li's hometown! This is a trip we have looked forward to for a long time (almost 4 years actually), and so we are very excited to be able to make these memories AND have these videos to share with all of you as well.
