If you’ve been feeling tight in your chest, or like your breathing isn’t as full or easy as it could be, this gentle Qigong practice is for you. This kind of tightness can build up gradually - through stress, pressure, or simply holding everything together for too long - and it can leave you feeling tense, restricted, or emotionally unsettled. This session is designed to gently open the chest, support your breathing, and help your body release that held tension in a calm, manageable way. Through slow, flowing movement and breath, you’ll create more space through the chest and heart area, allowing your system to soften and settle. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the chest and heart space are closely linked to emotional balance and a sense of inner ease. When this area is supported, you may notice you feel lighter, calmer, and more able to breathe with more ease - both physically and emotionally.
