Let it dissolve without letting it boil, as it denatures and loses its effectiveness. ✅ Whip the cream in the traditional way, adding the powdered sugar when it's almost whipped. ✅ Make the mixture, adding the cream with the dissolved gelatin, straining it for any strands. Mix everything well and add the rice pudding.
