Recipes 🥘 Köfteli Beğendi Recipe 🍖 For the meatballs: 300 g ground meat 1 tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper 🍆 For the Beğendi: 2 grilled eggplants 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp flour 1 cup milk 1 small bowl grated kaşar cheese 1 tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper Instructions: Mix meat, grated onion, spices, and salt until well combined. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour. Form walnut-sized balls. Cook in a cast-iron pan, airfryer, or a lightly oiled skillet until golden. For the Beğendi, melt butter, add flour, and toast 2–3 min. Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened. Chop eggplants and stir into the sauce. Stir in cheese. Plate the Beğendi and top with meatballs.
