Today I want to talk about the biggest but quietest risk in your company: the "one" risk. Being dependent on a single customer, a single employee, a single supplier, a single product, or a single sales channel... This situation, which provides you with comfort today, could put your company in a difficult position tomorrow. What happens if the majority of your revenue comes from a single customer and that customer reduces their orders? What do you do if your key employee who manages all processes leaves? How long can your company survive if your only supplier stops production, if your sales are dependent on a single channel, or if all your revenue comes from a single product? These are risks that are difficult to recognize but have a huge impact. Now take a piece of paper and write down these headings: • Customers • Employees • Suppliers • Products and services • Sales and marketing channels Note your dependency level next to each heading. If you are excessively dependent on a single person, organization, or channel in any area, this could be the biggest obstacle to growth. You can find the details in my video.
