Driving the Forgotten Golden Farm Truck
I visited the American Muscle Car Museum to check out their 1957 International Harvester A100 Golden Jubilee 1/2 Ton Pickup. Famous for its durable farm equipment, International Harvester also made quality trucks for decades. In 1957 International Harvester celebrated fifty years in the truck business with the special edition “Golden Jubilee” pickup truck. The Golden Jubilee came with fiberglass bed sides and special paint; buyers could choose from three versions of the dependable IH Black Diamond straight six. This truck was completely restored in the mid-Nineties and remains in first rate condition throughout, handsomely finished in the original Gold-on-White paint scheme. 1955 Chevy Cameo - • I Drove America’s FIRST Luxury Truck #internationalharvester #trucks #1950s #classictrucks
