More and more men are uncertain: What does it mean to be a man today? In men's groups and with the help of coaches, they are searching for answers. He calls it the "man of the new age." With exercises like tug-of-war in the rain or blindfolded walking through the woods, men learn to combine masculine and feminine energies in the best possible way. Zurich-based men's coach Arsim Muslija strikes a more critical tone. He teaches men how to navigate life with renewed self-confidence. He says many men today have become effeminate.
