Boil the vegetables and grate them. Add to the potatoes: 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp coriander 1/4 tsp asafoetida 0.5 tsp salt 3 tbsp mayonnaise Add 35 g smoked cheese to the cottage cheese. If the cheese is very salty, omit the salt; if it is medium salty, add 1/4 tsp. Add to the carrots 1/4 tsp salt 2 tbsp flaxseed oil Add to the beets 0.5 tsp salt Mayonnaise 100 g canned pea broth Assembly Rectangular baking dish Place the potatoes on the bottom of the dish, press them down slightly, and spread 4 tbsp mayonnaise on top. The next layer is cottage cheese with finely chopped smoked cheese, and add salt as needed. Crumble the cottage cheese over the top.
