Wallenstein I to go (Schiller in 8,5 Minuten)

Friedrich Schiller was not only a doctor and poet, but in 1789 he also accepted a position as a history professor at the University of Jena – to earn money (except that he initially received no salary for it). However, his preoccupation with history had another serious consequence: his mind became stuck on the Thirty Years' War, which ended in tragedy. Oh, not just ONE tragedy, but an entire drama trilogy: WALLENSTEIN'S CAMP - THE PICCOLOMINI - WALLENSTEIN'S DEATH. The first two parts are shorter than the second, which is why they are often combined in book editions. Therefore, we do the same and present WALLENSTEIN'S CAMP and THE PICCOLOMINI as Part 1 of WALLENSTEIN TO GO. WARNING: THIS TO-GO VIDEO IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR READING THE ORIGINAL. My recommendation: Read it yourself. Usage Notice: This video was produced for private, non-commercial use and can be used free of charge.
