INSANE 7KG KIMCHI FRIED RICE CHALLENGE! | BEST Pork Belly And Kimchi Fried Rice?!

In this video, I took on a massive 7KG Kimchi Fried Rice challenge at Obongzip! For this challenge, I was served a huge mountain of kimchi fried rice alongside a generous portion of their signature bossam. The combination of the savoury fried rice and tender pork made for an incredibly satisfying meal from the very first bite. One thing that stood out was the bossam. Unlike the melt-in-your-mouth style of pork belly that we’re more familiar with locally, this version had a firmer and slightly chewy texture that gave it more bite. It was different, but I really enjoyed it, especially when paired with the kimchi and accompanying sauces. The kimchi fried rice was easily one of the highlights of the meal. It had a great balance of savoury, tangy, and spicy flavours without being overly intense, making it something I could keep eating despite the huge portion size. To finish off the meal, I also got to try one of Obongzip’s popular items, their grilled tteok. The lightly charred exterior and chewy texture made it a great way to end the challenge.
