LARGEST 9KG FISHBALL NOODLE CHALLENGE! | My Favourite Michelin Fishball Noodles?!

In this video, I took on a massive 9KG fishball noodle challenge at my favourite comfort food spot, LiXin Teochew Fishball Noodles! LiXin has been around since 1968, meaning they’ve been serving their signature Teochew-style fishball noodles for almost 60 years. This enormous 9KG bowl of fishball noodles was loaded with their signature handmade fishballs, fried meat dumplings and braised mushrooms. The fishballs had a soft and bouncy texture, while the noodles paired perfectly with the mixture of chilli and ketchup. Even though the portion was massive, having a familiar taste throughout the challenge made it much easier to keep going.
