Multiples Trauma Patients, FHP And Miami-Dade Sheriff / Police arriving and on scene at HCA Florida Kendall Hospital Trauma center. One person was killed and multiples injured after an explosion and fire at a Miami-Dade Fire Rescue facility in southwest Miami-Dade. Two patients, listed as trauma alert, taken to HCA Florida Kendall Hospital Trauma center. Shortly after this explosion, a major crash on the Florida Turnpike left two Florida Highway Patrol FHP troopers seriously injured. MDFR Air Rescue South Helicopter was dispatched and is seen here arriving with one of the injured trooper while then second injured trooper arrived by ground transport. Other rescue units are also seen arriving with patients not related to the two above accident.
