I'm scared, bye. Below is the recipe I stole: Chocolate mug cake is a dessert that's really become very popular in recent years! The reason for its success is that it's a dessert that can be prepared in just a few minutes, requires just a few ingredients, is relatively light, comes in single portions, and doesn't require baking (just microwave). A perfect dessert, it also lends itself to a myriad of variations. You could enrich it, for example, with dried fruit, chocolate chips, spoonfuls of custard or chocolate spread, jam, peanut butter, and so on... You'll be spoiled for choice when it comes to making your favorite cake every day! If you're curious to try it, let's find out how to make a chocolate mug cake together: To make 2 mug cakes (for you and your partner, or if you want to save one for breakfast the next day), you'll need: 8 tablespoons flour 5 tablespoons sugar 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 6 tablespoons milk 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon baking powder Icing sugar to taste After preparing the few ingredients you need, start by choosing your mugs, making sure they're large enough and buttering them so the batter doesn't stick to the mug. Now, pour the eggs and sugar into a bowl and begin mixing. Then, gradually add the cocoa powder and flour, stirring constantly, and gradually add the milk and oil, stirring constantly. Finally, add the baking powder, stirring to avoid lumps. Now divide the batter and pour it into the 2 mugs. Place the mugs in the microwave and microwave for 4 minutes at 800 watts, then let them cook. Once the mug cakes are ready, let them cool, then garnish with powdered sugar and serve.
