Then last week I had an idea: if everything homemade is good for you (like homemade baked pasta is much healthier than the ones from the supermarket, maybe it even helps you lose weight, I don't think so) why not make homemade Nutella! I carefully "studied" the various recipes offered online and made a first attempt here with you to make our own homemade Nutella, which for the occasion we'll call "Gianmarchella." It's not the same as the original, the smell is definitely the same, but you can definitely taste the hazelnut flavor, and there's another big difference...it doesn't contain palm oil ;) So this morning's hazelnut spread is delicious and very enjoyable, similar to my beloved Nutella but definitely healthier and without preservatives.
