Flamenco Is More Than Footwork | Performance Clip

This is a short clip from one of our recent flamenco performances. When many people think of flamenco, they immediately think of fast footwork. But flamenco is also told through the hands, the arms, the body, and facial expression. This choreography focuses on creating beautiful shapes and moving together as one. Watching it performed as a group brings a special kind of beauty through the synchronization and shared emotion. The piece is inspired by Aurora de Nueva York, a poem by Spanish poet Federico García Lorca. His words carry a dark, haunting atmosphere, and the choreography reflects that emotional depth through movement rather than speed. Thank you for watching and supporting my flamenco and artistic journey. 🤍
