1966 Ford 4000 Tractor Maintenance - Electrical System
Hello. Today I am showing you all the major electric changes and improvements that have been done on my 1966 Ford tractor. I had an electrician who helped me for this part of the mainatenance. Although I've added new things, I wanted to keep the tractor as stock as possible. That is why, in terms of the lights, I did not get rid of its retro look. Because of that, it was hard to find specific parts since they don't sell at tractor shops anymore. The Hella lights (lamps) are such an example. Those were hard to find, expensive, and I was only able to find the actual lamps without the proper mounts and cables. Also, it's now having a new set of sensors (for oil pressure & water temperature) as well as a fully functional 7 pin trailer plug and many more. I am really glad of how it runs and looks. Thanks for watching, and I will see you in the next episode.
