For the first time on the channel, I ventured out onto the highways of Northwest Mexico, beyond the limits I had previously explored, on a popular route along the so-called "Pacific Highway," from Culiacán de Rosales, the capital of Sinaloa, to Tijuana, Baja California, known as "The City Where the Nation Begins." I made this journey aboard TUFESA's executive service, Titanium, one of the most reliable companies in the region. They offer amenities befitting this category on single-decker buses, which you'll learn about in detail in this first part of my trip.
