To the BitStar Academy Banshaku Satochin staff ⭕️ Smoked Daikon and Cream Cheese Taro Salad 5-6 taro potatoes Smoked Daikon, to taste Cream cheese, to taste Mayonnaise, to taste Black pepper, to taste ① Slice an onion, rub with salt, leave for 10 minutes, then squeeze out the water. ② After washing, microwave the taro with the skin still on for 5-6 minutes at 500W. ③ Chop the smoked daikon radish. ④ Mix everything together and season with black pepper. ⭕️ Ginger-Miso Grilled Chicken Wings 10 chicken wings ★3 tablespoons miso ★1 tablespoon grated ginger ★1 tablespoon sake ★2 tablespoons mirin ★1 tablespoon sugar ★2 cm garlic paste ★Water 30-50ml ① Add oil to a heated frying pan and brown both sides of the chicken wings. ② Mix all ★ ingredients and pour into ①.
