In this build, I take a forgotten piece of scrap steel and forge it into my interpretation of a Sardaukar short sword, inspired by the elite warriors of the Imperium. The Sardaukar are feared across the galaxy, and I wanted this blade to feel like something carried into battle against House Atreides. This isn’t a replica. It’s my vision of what a functional, real-world Sardaukar blade would look like if forged from high-carbon spring steel instead of imagined in a sci-fi universe. From cutting away rust to hammering out the profile, heat treating, grinding, and finishing — every step transforms junk steel into a weapon worthy of Arrakis.
