DIA 1 | Full Body con Softball | STRONGER FOR SUMMER

A dynamic and challenging 20-minute full-body Pilates class with a softball, designed to work your entire body through control, strength, and a connection to movement. In this first session of the Stronger For Summer challenge, we combine stability, coordination, and endurance, using the softball to intensify the workout, challenge your balance, and create a deeper connection with your core and entire body. The softball helps us add instability and body awareness, making each exercise more precise, intense, and fun.
