DIA 21 | Full Body con Softball | STRONGER FOR SUMMER

A 25-minute full-body Pilates class with a softball to close out the STRONGER FOR SUMMER challenge. A dynamic and challenging session where we'll work on strength, stability, coordination, and control throughout the entire body. Over the past few weeks, we've built strength, consistency, and a deeper connection with our bodies. This class brings together a bit of everything we've worked on throughout the challenge: core, arms, legs, glutes, balance, and mobility, using the softball to add extra activation and precision to each movement. The softball helps us challenge our stability, improve body awareness, and find a deeper connection with movement, making the workout intense yet always controlled.
