New Hammersmith Control Centre
Got to pay a visit to the new HSCC - that's the new Hammersmith Service Control Centre. As part of the 'Four Lines Modernisation' programme, the H&C, Circle, District and Metropolitan Lines (the four sub-surface lines) are having all their trains switched to ATO, and the line control and signallers will all be moved here to Hammersmith. I tagged along with a group from Thales ( https://www.thalesgroup.com/en/signal... ) to have a look around before it opens! More on the '4LUG' from TfL, here: https://tfl.gov.uk/travel-information...
