I Cooked Romania's Most Famous Street Food in the Forest

DAY 13 of my 31 Days of ONE MEAL A DAY in the Forest challenge… and today I brought a piece of Romania into the woods. 🇷🇴🔥 Today I cooked one of Romania’s most loved foods — Mici (Mititei) — right here in my forest kitchen. But this wasn’t just about food. I also shared the history behind this legendary recipe, a story that goes all the way back to the 19th century, making this one of the most interesting meals of the challenge so far. For my one and only meal today, I kept things simple, authentic and absolutely delicious. Cooking outdoors, enjoying nature, learning history and continuing this journey one day at a time. 13 days in and the challenge is still going strong. No shortcuts. No fake survival.
