Get a pair of vintage Suzuki twins—the T200 and the T20—to make some noise for the first time in who knows how many years. That plan lasted about five minutes. The T200 looked complete from across the shop, but once we started looking a little closer, things didn't add up. The exhaust pipes were held on with zip ties. The engine wasn't even bolted into the frame. Parts were missing everywhere we looked. So we did what anyone would do... We kept taking it apart. With every part we removed, another surprise was waiting underneath. Eventually we made our way to the engine, pulled the side cover... ...and couldn't believe what we saw. Nothing. The engine cases were completely empty. No crankshaft. No transmission. No gears. No pistons. Just empty aluminum cases holding the motorcycle together. Thankfully, the story doesn't end there. The bike came with several totes full of spare parts, and after digging through them we uncovered another Suzuki T200 engine that's actually complete—except for the pistons. That's a huge improvement over what we started with. Now the treasure hunt begins. Maybe everything we need is hiding somewhere in those boxes. We'll find out in the next episode. If you enjoy vintage motorcycle rescues, forgotten projects, and bringing old machines back to life, you're in the right place. 👍 Thanks for watching Motorcycle Rewind!
