Beef-Tomato Dish: 1 lb. beef strips Marinade: 2 Tbsp. oil, 4 tsp. soy sauce, 2 tsp. cornstarch, 1 tsp. minced ginger, 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar. Vegetables: 1 large carrot, 1 green bell pepper, 2 stalks of celery, 1 onion, 12 cloves minced garlic, and 2 Roma tomatoes cut in wedges (add tomatoes last).
