It only takes 10 minutes, so please watch until the end and give it a try. 📌 Recolte Cordless Chopper Group Purchase Open 🛒 Purchase Link: https://bit.ly/43wlgnn 📞 Phone Purchase: 010-4792-3251 (Phone orders also available) [Ingredients] Perilla leaves 150g (30~40 leaves) Scallions 80g Appropriate amount of garlic Ginger 10g Appropriate amount of red chili peppers Seasoning Sauce Soy sauce 300ml (345g) Mirin 100ml Allulose 120g Anchovy fish sauce 50ml 1 packet of broth powder Sesame oil 30g (3 tablespoons) Red chili powder 5 tablespoons Water 100~200ml (Adjust to preference) Add Grilled Perilla Leaves Extra virgin olive oil 3~4 tablespoons A little soy sauce A little water Perilla oil for finishing [Instructions] 1. 1. Wash the perilla leaves by holding them by the stem and flipping them over one by one. 2. Chop the garlic, ginger, chili peppers, and scallions with a chopper. 3. Do not press down hard; instead, rotate the chopper in quick, jerky motions. 4. Mix the seasoning ingredients and taste. 5. Place the seasoning on each perilla leaf and stack them layer by layer. 6. For the grilled perilla leaves, drizzle olive oil in a pan and lightly press down on the soy sauce. 7. Place 5 perilla leaves at a time and cook each side for about 10 seconds. 8. Add a little water to enhance the soy sauce aroma. 9. Place on a plate and drizzle with sesame oil as a finishing touch. 10.
