This Might Be The Best Campervan Upgrade Yet!

Today I'm building the floor in the back of my Mercedes Sprinter Luton Box campervan... but with a twist. I'm installing a underfloor heating system, something you don't often see in DIY campervan builds! In this video I build the timber subfloor, fit PIR insulation, route channels for the heating pipe, install aluminium spreader plates and lay the heating pipe ready for the final plywood floor. Along the way I also share a few tips, a couple of mistakes, and how I planned the heating layout to keep both the living area and garage warm during winter. This is all part of my self-build campervan conversion series where I'm turning a Mercedes Sprinter Luton box van into an off-grid camper.
