This video follows our arrival in Merida, Mexico, where we stay at the Plaza Mirador Hotel and explore local markets. Local Exploration: After enjoying the hotel pool (6:35 - 8:23), we take a walk to discover the surrounding area, including the local San Juan Park (8:41 - 10:49), which features street vendors and a fountain. Market Visits: We visit a local market (11:41 - 16:19) to see the fresh meat selection, including poultry, beef, and organ meats, noting the improved hygiene compared to their previous experiences in other countries.
