🇹🇭 Tiger Kingdom (Chiang Mai, Thailand)

In this video, We visit Tiger Kingdom in Chiang Mai, Thailand, to fulfill one of Lindsay's bucket list items: interacting with tigers. We purchase a package deal allowing us to encounter small, medium, and large tigers up close. Highlights of our experience: Small Tigers (2:23 - 8:57): We begin by meeting 3-month-old cubs. Lindsay describes them as being just like playful kittens, noting their energy and curious nature. Medium Tigers (8:57 - 12:48): Lindsay visits the medium-sized tigers, which include an impressive white tiger. She gets the opportunity to pet them while they lounge on a platform. Big Tigers (12:50 - 18:05): The highlight of the trip involves Lindsay entering an enclosure with large, teenage-aged tigers. She gets to rub a tiger's belly and touch its tail, describing the encounter as amazing and leaving her speechless. Park Overview: Throughout the day, we explore the park (18:43 - 28:05), observing various breeds including Siberian, Bengal, and Golden Tabby tigers. I note the large number of tigers in the park, estimating there to be about 30 individuals. I also highlights interesting behaviors, such as the tigers pacing or occasionally spraying territory markings, and note that the enclosures often lead to open outdoor areas where the tigers can choose to roam.
