Fauzia Parviz
Mrs. Fauzia Parviz was born shortly after Partition, in Rawalpindi. In her interview Mrs.Parviz describes the journey her family took in their migration from Kashmir to Amritsar to Lahore to Rawalpindi, and eventually, California. "Life is like an ever-going migration for me," Mrs.Parviz told Citizen Historian Farhana Afroz during her interview in Hayward, California on September 14, 2013. This is a short, curated clip.
