Turbina 7,5 kW na instalacji jednofazowej? Rozwiązujemy problem wysokiego napięcia! ⚡🌪️

Hello everyone who's been blown away by the wind! 🌪️ In today's video, we'll use a specific example to demonstrate how to build a three-phase system based on a single-phase system and solve the hardware mismatch problem. 🚨 PROBLEM: BURNT GATE AND ALARMS One of our clients, who had a single-phase system and inverter, had a powerful 7.5 kW wind turbine connected to it. This unit generates a very high operating voltage of around 500 V DC. Unfortunately, this caused constant overvoltage alarms and, in one case, even caused the MPPT gate to burn out. As a result, the turbine had to be emergency stopped. 💡 OUR SOLUTION: OFF-GRID SYSTEM The solution to this problem is to build an off-grid system that works with the existing system. How does this work in practice? Safe Generation: The PV panels and turbine are connected directly to the MPPT gates of an off-grid inverter. The system can be configured as single-, two-, or three-phase (remember, a maximum of 50% of the inverter's power can be fed to any one phase). Battery Charging: All generated energy powers the home's current needs (e.g., lighting) and flows into the energy storage. Supplying Surplus to the Grid: Only from the energy storage does the power go to the single-phase inverter, which safely sends the energy outside. Battery Protection: The system is programmed so that the single-phase inverter only sells electricity until the energy storage is depleted to 60%. Once this threshold is reached, sales cease, and the off-grid inverter continues charging the batteries from the sun and wind. 🛡️ HIGH-VOLTAGE RESISTANCE! This system has another huge advantage. If the grid voltage rises too high (e.g., 250V), the single-phase inverter will disconnect from the grid and stop working. However, this doesn't apply to our island inverter! Because it operates independently of the grid (off-grid), it will continuously charge the energy storage unit with production from the turbine and PV panels.
