Hello, Windblown! In today's episode, we take a deep dive into Re-Evolution controllers, which we design and customize specifically for our wind turbines. Find out which model will work best for your installation and what protection each solution offers. What will you find in this video? ✅ 2 kW Controller (Simplest): Ideal for smaller units. Its main task is to protect the turbine in off-grid mode (during a power outage) and ensure that production does not exceed 2 kW, protecting the turbine from burnout and the inverter from overload. ✅ 3-4 kW Controller (Intelligent): An advanced model that regulates operation based on voltage and speed. • Intelligent Braking: First, it pulses, and if necessary, decelerates to 10-15% power before returning to operation. • WiFi Control: Remote braking and schedule setting (e.g., muting the turbine from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM to protect the neighbors). • Energy Storage Protection: If the storage is full, the controller stops the turbine for 15 minutes and checks the battery status using timed loops. ✅ 5-10 kW Controller (Two-Stage): A powerful solution for the largest units. It features a two-stage braking system: gentle PWM and a powerful 12 kW resistor for special tasks. It also offers WiFi control and a fail-safe stop function. ✅ String Inverter Controller: Equipped with a special stimulator that excites the inverter at wind speeds of just 1 m/s and allows for power feed-in at 2 m/s. Why are our controllers unique? All our devices are tightly integrated with the power curves of specific Re-Evolution turbines. This ensures braking and operation occur at optimal times, ensuring the integrity and safety of the entire system. ⚠️ Important technical note: Each controller has a "short circuit" (STOP mode). Please remember, however, that this is only used in emergency situations or for maintenance, as it generates heat directly in the turbine, not in the resistors.
