Yoga For The Hips | A 25mins Routine To Release, Stretch and Strengthen Tight Hips

This routine will help stretch out and open up tight hips, whilst also including strengthening postures to help stabilise the pelvis and build strong foundations for your standing posture. Featuring sun salutations, crescent lunge, high lunge, warrior 2, wide leg forward bend (with twists), lizard, squat (malasana), seated wide leg poses, head beyond the knee and twists.
